Privacy Information
This Privacy Information aims at clearly stating the methods of processing personal data
related to users/visitors of the Prysmian Web Site who voluntarily confer personal data.
In accordance with Article 13 of Italian Law Decree 196/2003 (the Code of protection of
personal data, hereinafter named " Privacy Code"), Prysmian S.p.A. (holder of the personal data)
hereby informs you that your personal data, voluntarily conferred, will be stored in the Electronic
Data Processing and/or hard copy filing systems of the Italian companies in the Prysmian Group, of
primary personnel recruitment companies (these latter companies being designated as responsible for
the treatment of the personal data for the purposes of analyzing your professional profile and
assessing the possible interest of our companies) and the employees managing the information system
in charge of your data processing at
Pirelli Sistemi Informativi.
Inside the above mentioned companies, the personal data will be processed by the employees “
in charge of the processing” of personal data under the control of the Data processor.
The conferment of personal data for the purposes herein described is optional, but is a
necessary condition for the analysis of your professional profile.
According to Article 7 of the Privacy Code, the people whom the personal data refer to have
the right to have it confirmed whether their data exist and are stored or not and to know about
their content and origin, to check if their data are correct, to ask for their integration, update
or correction. Moreover they can require to have their data deleted, blocked or object their
treatment.
