Internal mobility

The Prysmian Internal Mobility system has been planned and created to provide new learning opportunities, with the aim of expanding individual horizons and encouraging growth within one’s own professional family and other areas.

The management criteria of the Internal Mobility are based on personal aspirations, internal assessment systems and Prysmian’s organisational needs.
