Setting clear, measurable objectives and tracking advancements are fundamental steps in crafting a credible roadmap towards sustainability. Our Sustainability Scorecard establishes a tangible and measurable action plan aimed at managing social, economic and environmental impacts by integrating them into business operations.
The three-year objectives included in the Scorecard (12 Impact KPIs) have been set based on Prysmian's scope, also integrating:
- the Group's Long-Term Ambitions (Social Ambition and Climate Change Ambition);
- UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs);
- The Group Materiality Analysis (focusing on the external impacts generated by the business).
The Impact Scorecard is shaped on the four pillars of company’s sustainability – Environment, People-Community, Governance and Innovation. Scorecard targets are regularly monitored by the Sustainability Steering Committee, chaired by the Chief Sustainability Officer, and shared with the Sustainability Committee.
