The Group's research and development activities are mostly
concentrated in Prysmian S.p.A.. The central team, in coor-
dination with R&D and engineering centres in the various
countries, developed numerous projects over the year in
the field of both energy and telecom cables; significant

legal proceedings, requesting that the claims brought by
Pirelli & C. S.p.A. be rejected in full and that it should be Pirelli
& C. S.p.A. which holds harmless Prysmian Cavi e Sistemi
33. EVENTS AFTER THE REPORTING PERIOD
The financial statements of the sub-holding company
Prysmian Cavi e Sistemi S.r.l. will be filed at the registered
office in Viale Sarca 222, Milan; the financial statements
of the sub-holding company Draka Holding B.V. will not be
presented, as permitted by Dutch law.
Prysmian S.p.A.'s financial statements at 31 December 2014
will be filed within the legally required term at its registered
office in Viale Sarca 222, Milan and at Borsa Italiana S.p.A.
and published on the website at .
