Prysmian’s wide range of cables and systems for the oil and gas industry on display at OSEA 2010
The Asia Pacific Region is a strategic area of expansion for Prysmian, with offices and facilities in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Australia, China and India.
Prysmian, leading worldwide player in the energy and telecommunication cables industry, will be present with its latest technological innovations, specifically designed for the Oil & Gas industry, at OSEA – the largest and most established Oil & Gas exhibition and conference in the Asia Pacific region, taking place at Suntec Singapore from November 30th to December 3rd, 2010 - stand 4J3-01, Level 4.
At OSEA, the Prysmian’s product portfolio - in addition to its well-known wide range of traditional Offshore and Plant & Petrochem cable solutions, incorporating complex and integrated energy power, control and instrumentation systems for chemical, petrochemical, power or industrial plants and complying with the strictest and severest international and local standards and specifications - will stand out also for its commitment to innovation. On display there will be specialties such as Drylam™ and Airguard™ Cable System, cable solutions specifically designed for critical environments, with enhanced resistance to hydrocarbons and moisture aggression, reduced diameters and lower environmental impact vs. lead-sheathed cables and with increased mechanical protection, lighter weight, improved flexibility and shorter installation times compared to traditional armoured cables. FP® fire resistant cables, Umbilicals and Submarine cable solutions will complete the portfolio on display.
Strategically held in Singapore - “the oil hub of Asia” - OSEA 2010 will be the largest edition in its 34 years history.
