2027 Corporate Events Calendar

The dates scheduled in 2027 for the Board of Directors to approve the financial results and for those results to be published are set out below.

The Board of Directors has confirmed its decision to approve and publish additional financial information for the first and third quarters, alongside the annual financial statements and halfyear report. This additional information will cover the periods ending March 31 and September 30 and will be made available to the public, together with the accompanying report, within 45 days of the end of each period.

Conference calls to present the results will take place the day after the respective Board of Directors’ meeting. The relevant press release will be published before each call, according to the following schedule:

The Shareholders’ Meeting to approve Prysmian S.p.A.’s financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2026, will be held on April 15, 2027, in a single session. 

Any dividend will therefore be paid in April. Any changes to these dates will be promptly announced to the market.
