CALENDAR OF CORPORATE EVENTS YEAR 2026

Prysmian S.p.A. announces the dates scheduled during 2026 for the Board of Directors to review and disclose its financial results.

Prysmian has decided to approve and publish periodic financial information, in addition to annual and halfyearly financial reports. Such additional information will be referred to the end of the first (March 31) and the third (September 30) quarter of the year, and it will be disclosed to the public consistent with its practice to date, before the removal of the requirement for issuers to publish interim management statements. More precisely, the approval and publication of additional periodic financial reports, will occur within 45 days from the end of each relevant quarter.

Conference calls for the presentation of financial results will be held on the day following the respective Board of Directors' meeting, and will be preceded by the dissemination of the relevant press release, as per the following calendar:

The Shareholders’ Meeting for the approval of the statutory financial statements of Prysmian S.p.A. for the year ending December 31, 2025, will be held on April 16, 2026 (sole call) and the dividend payment, if any, will be in the month of April.

The market will be notified in due time should any changes to the above arrangements occur.
