Last week, Düsseldorf became a vital hub for reflection, collaboration, and growth as over 30 Project Managers from across Germany’s land projects came together for a highly successful lessons learned sessions.Participants engaged in constructive discussions, drawing from their recent project experiences such as SuedOstLink, SuedLink, A-Nord and Borwin/Dolwin 4, to share best practices and identify areas for improvement.
With nine different nationalities and six women represented, this multicultural team had the opportunity to exchange some viewpoints and lived experiences. Each Project Manager contributed distinctive insights from their respective projects, cultivating an environment rich in cross-functional learning. Through an open and dynamic exchange of challenges and solutions, the group not only identified key areas for improvement but also took time to recognize and celebrate the many accomplishments achieved across the broader portfolio.
