Prysmian to Proceed with Channell Earn-Out Payment

Prysmian, in line with previous communication, will proceed with an earn-out payment of $200 million, in line with the terms set out in the acquisition contract and Channell’s performance.
Channell was fully integrated into Prysmian’s perimeter for financial reporting as of June 1st, 2025.
